We have a role for you if

- You enjoy collaboration with the ability to influence and work effectively in an operational environment to solicit support and resolve conflicts.
What you will get to do on our team
- Monitor customer requests for information (RFIs) and facilitate the intelligence lifecycle to fulfil the information requirements
- Review contractual agreements and work with the intelligence and customer success teams to address issues regarding the scope and volume of RFIsDevelop process-oriented documentation to support global security operations and internal workflows
- Respond to internal and/or external customer inquiries in a timely manner.
- Escalate requests that require evaluation of scope or special attentionIdentify areas for efficiency gains and process improvements.Assist with the publication of reports based on security trends, customer information requirements and significant global events
What you will achieve - Within 30 days
- You have been fully onboarded and integrated into the intelligence team
- You have become familiar with Flashpoint's intelligence reporting process and workflows
- You have started building relationships with key cross-functional stakeholders, including teammates in Intelligence, Customer Success, Engineering, & Rev Ops
- Within 60 days
- You will begin understanding the demands of our customers' information and support requirements
- You will facilitate the intelligence lifecycle and serve in a critical production role
- You will become a trusted part of the overall intelligence production process and identify ways to support optimal outcomes from an operations and business perspective
- By 90 days
- You will be able to independently create workflow documentation, and identify areas of process improvements
To be successful in this role, you will need
- Experience using Salesforce or similar case management or customer support software
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and relationship management skills
- An ability to pivot from multiple tasks and escalate when necessary
- A strong focus on accuracy and attention to detailAn interest in global security topics
Base Pay Range: Salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Individual pay is determined by state, work location, and additional factors including job-related skills, experience, specialized skills or certifications, and relevant education or training.
