Our customer, a leading spirits company is seeking an entrepreneurial Territory Sales Manager with strong negotiation skills to sell products to existing off and on-premise customers, create new distribution opportunities, and manage territory brand initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
Manage key accounts, independent locations, and on-premise customers within the territory.
Implement brand programs to achieve distribution, display, and shelf placement.
Craft and deliver effective customer presentations that optimize the Company’s ROI in the territory.
Foster strong relationships with retail and on-premise customers, industry peers, and community groups for sustainable growth and successful customer engagement.
Utilize sales data and CRM tools to analyze account performance, identify volume-boosting opportunities, and leverage brand sales for overall portfolio success.
Key Requirements
1-2 years of alcohol or CPG sales experience with high professionalism
MS Office skills and analytics proficiency
Available for evening/weekend work, including trade shows and travel as needed
Structured sales approach, exceptional organization, problem-solving, and time management
T&E and brands budget management, EZ Focus sales reporting experience
